Refund Policy

Our products are available with paid plans starting at €19/month. This refund policy applies to all paid subscriptions.
1. Subscription Services
Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:
- ✓The request is made within 14 days of the initial payment (EU right of withdrawal)
- ✓Our service has been unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our error
- ✓You were charged in error (duplicate charge or wrong amount)
3. Digital Products
Refunds are generally not provided once a digital product or service has been substantially accessed or used, unless a billing error has occurred.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at contact@jvnlab.io within 14 days of your payment with:
- ✓Your name and account email
- ✓Order or payment reference number
- ✓Reason for the refund request
We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Billing Errors
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us at contact@jvnlab.io within 14 days. Please include your payment reference and a description of the issue.
