1. Introduction
These Terms govern the use of all services operated by JVN Lab SARL, including MonConseillerPrénom and Formulaires-Admin. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
JVN Lab develops digital products, SaaS applications and AI-powered services. Some products may be provided in beta — features and availability may change without prior notice.
3. Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed in euros and exclude VAT where applicable. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise JVN Lab to charge your payment method for applicable fees on a recurring basis.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks and intellectual property related to JVN Lab services remain the property of JVN Lab SARL. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services as described herein.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not misuse our services, attempt to reverse engineer our software, use automated tools to scrape our platforms, transmit harmful or fraudulent content, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by French law, JVN Lab SARL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
